Meadowview offers affordable care based on a “sliding fee scale” with income standards for individuals and couples. The monthly fee includes the following services and accommodations:
- three home cooked meals per day with snacks
- housekeeping and laundry services
- medication administration
- 24 hour protective oversight
- emergency call system in each room
- social, recreational activities, and special events such as live music, gardening, pet therapy, hair stylists and much more
- fire alarm and sprinkler system
- private bathrooms with walk in showers
- large closet and storage space
- outdoor patio and garden area
- all utilities and basic cable included
- public phones for local calls available in common areas
- large closets with ample storage capacity
- all maintenance of grounds and common areas
- private bedrooms can be decorated with the residents personal furniture and treasures
- coordination of care with family, primary care physicians, specialists and other support systems involved with the resident.
Our facility employs a dedicated and experienced staff consisting of a licensed Nursing Home Administrator, a licensed nurse (onsite/24 hour on-call), CMT’s, CMA’s, housekeeper and cooks working together to provide compassionate services designed to support quality of life and independence at any age.
